I’m Rikin Diwan, that’s Rick + In, a young and curious digital professional spending most of my time between Jersey City and New York City. I currently work for Edelman Digital in New York.

I studied marketing and sociology at Rutgers University and, prior to Edelman, held a position in Online Business Development for the New York Post. I’ve also interned for Apple Inc., Comedy Central, and the Special Olympics of N.J. during the even more formative years of my career.

I’ve always been fascinated by technology and the internet, and rikin on the web is a place for me to write down my thoughts and observations while seeing them evolve.

Outside of my professional career I also have, wait for it, a life. I’m obsessed with music and love playing guitar and singing. I’m a Formula 1 (Ferrari) fan and you can often find me supporting Manchester United at Nevada Smiths as well. In another life I was either an acrobat or cartoonist. Oh, and if it wasn’t obvious from the design of this site, my favorite color is red.
