		<description>It almost reminds me of the development of personal computers. At first humans had to push technology so as to meet their needs. After a while, the technology became so advanced that we&#039;re only using a fraction of its power. The internet will most likely head down this same path, and I think we&#039;re seeing some of that now.</description>

When customers feel entitled to know more, and service providers have the tools &amp; processes to share information in a way that makes it useful in real time and transparent, there will be a significant improvement in customer service.&lt;br&gt;Cheers&lt;br&gt;Anita</description>
